नई दिल्ली ।आम आदमी पार्टी से निकाले व स्वराज अभियान के प्रमुख सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वरिष्ठ वकील प्रशांत भूषण ने मोदी सरकार की ओर से हाल ही में सीबीआई में तैनात किए गुजरात कैडर के 1987 बैच के आईपीएस अफसर अरुण कुमार शर्मा की तैनाती पर सवाल उठाए है। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्रमोदी को हीसवालों केघेरे में खड़े कर दिया है।
प्रशांत भूषण ने कहा कि ये अफसर गुजरात में एक महिला की जासूसी करते सीबीआई ने खुद पकड़ा था और उसकी बातें रिकार्ड की थी। ये अफसर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और अमित शाह का वफादार हैऔर उन्हीं के कहने पर उसने महिला की जासूसी की थी। ऐसे में ऐसे अफसर को सीबीआई में तैनाती देना कई सवाल खड़े करता है। भूषण ने इस बातचीत का आडियो भी मीडिया को जारी किया है।भूषण ने कहा कि इस अफसर ने मोदी व शाह के कहने पर कई अवैध काम किए और स्नूपगेट कांड में हाईकोर्ट मानिटरड जांच को डिरेल किया।भूषण ने मीडिया को जारी विज्ञप्ति में कहा है कि है कि ये अफसर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के इंटरेस्ट के मामलोंं में सबूतो से छेड़छाड़ करने से नहीं हिचकेगा।
स्वराज अभियान के इस नेता ने तीन सवाल खड़े किए है कि क्या ऐसा अफसर में सीबीआई में तैनाती के योग्य है।क्या इसे मोदी व अमित शाह के प्रति पूर्व में की गई वफादारी के लिए पुरस्कृत किया गया है । और क्या ये सीबीआई की स्वायतता पर हमला नहीं है। सनूपगेट कांड पहले ही खत्म हो गया है। और इश्रत जहां व बाकी मामलों में फंसे अफसरों को गुजरात पुलिस में महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर तैनाती दी गई है।अब अरुण शर्मा को मोदी सरकार नेसीबीआई में तैनाती दी है और गुजरात की आनंदीबेन सरकार ने इस अफसर को रिलीव भी कर दिया है।
