शिमला। पावर कारपोरेशन के दिवंगत चीफ इंजीनियर विमल नेगी की मौत को लेकर सुक्खू सरकार की ओर से गठित एक सदस्यीय हाइ पावर कमेटी यानी अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव गृह ओंकार शर्मा की जांच रपट को विमल नेगी की पत्नी किरण नेगी से साझा करने का सुक्खू सरकार ने आज हाईकोर्ट में विरोध कर दिया।
विमल नेगी के परिजनों के लिए सुक्खू सरकार का ये विरोध एक एक अप्रत्याशित कदम था।आखिर सुक्खू सरकार क्यों इस रपट को दिवंगत विमल नेगी और बााकी जनता से छिपाकर रखना चाहती हैं, अब ये बड़ा सवाल हर किसी के जेहन में उभरने लगा है और सरकार संदेह के घेरे में भी आने लगी हैं।
अदालत के आदेशों पर आज यानी 20 मई को विमल नेगी की मौत की जांच को लेकर सरकार को सौंपी अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव गृह ओंकार शर्मा की रपट को आज सरकार ने अदालत के आदेशों के बाद अदालत को सौंप दिया।
इस पर इस मामले की सीबीआइ जांच की मांग कर रही विमल नेगी की पत्नी किरण नेगी की ओर से पैरवी कर रहे पूर्व महाधिवक्ता आर के बावा ने इस रपट को याचिका कर्ता यानी किरण नेगी से साझा करने का अदालत से आग्रह कर दिया। जिसका सुक्खू सरकार के अधिवक्ता ने अदालत में ही इसका विरोध कर दिया।
सुक्खू सरकार के महाधिवक्ता ने अदालत से कहा कि ये रपट अभी भी सरकार के विचाराधीन हैं। ये अपने आप में हैरान करने वाला कदम था। अगर रपट सरकार के विचाराधीन भी है तो भी जितना कुछ अब तक जांच में आ चुका है उसे तो साझा किया जा सकता हैं।
हो सकता है परिजनों व जनता से इस रपट के साझा होने से इससे जांच एजेंसियों को जांच करने में कुछ मदद मिल जाए। इसे छिपाने का तो कोई औचित्य ही नहीं हैं।
बहरहाल, अदालत में किरण नेगी की ओर से पैरवी कर रहे एडवोकेट आर के बावा ने कहा कि : Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy thereof be supplied to the petitioner for perusal.
लेकिन इसका सरकार के महाधिवक्ता ने ये कह कर विरोध किया:
This is opposed to by learned Advocate General, at this stage, on the pleathat the report is still pending consideration by the Government. Be that as it may, the request of learned Counsel for the petitioner whether copy thereof be supplied to the petitioner shall be considered by the Court on the next date.

Heard. Affidavit filed by Additional Chief Secretary (Home) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh is ordered to be taken on record. Registry is directed to supply a copy thereof to learned Instructing Counsel for the petitioner as well as to the
office of learned Advocate General.
Status report on behalf of respondent No. 4 in terms of order of this Court stands filed which is taken on record.
The status report alongwith Annexures has been filed by the Director General of Police in the Court in a sealed cover. The sealed cover has been opened in the Court and the status report alongwith documents, is taken on record. The status report
comprises of 20 number of pages and the Annexures comprised 134 pages in addition to the status report. Registry is directed to provide a copy thereof alongwith Annexures to learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as to the office of learned Advocate GeneralLearned Advocate General on the direction of the Court has made available for the perusal of the Court the Final Enquiry Report submitted by Additional Chief Secretary (Home) to the government of Himachal Pradesh, dated 08.04.2025, in terms of order passed by the Department of MPP and Power Department, dated 19.03.2025.
The same is retained for the perusal of the Court. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy thereof be supplied to the petitioner for perusal. This is
opposed to by learned Advocate General, at this stage, on the plea that the report is still pending consideration by the Government.
Be that as it may, the request of learned Counsel for the petitioner whether copy thereof be supplied to the petitioner shall be considered by the Court on the next date.
