शिमला। राजधानी के  नामी अंग्रेजी स्‍कूल बीसीएस में आयोजित 19 वें डा0 सेम्‍यूल स्‍लेटर मेमोरियल इंटर स्‍कूल डिबेट के प्री क्‍वार्टर फाइनल मुकाबलों में बीसीएस स्‍कूल के यशवर्धन सिंह बेस्‍ट स्‍पीकर चुने गए। सबसे रोचक मुकाबला ला मारर्टिनीयर गर्ल्‍ज कॉलेज लखनऊ व ला मारर्टिनीयरब्‍वायज कॉलेज लखनऊ के बीच हुआ। ला मारर्टिनीयर ब्‍वायज कॉलेज लखनऊ के राघव कोहली  बेस्‍ट स्‍पीकर बनकर उभरे। अन्‍य मुकाबला बीसीएस कैंब्रिज  और शेरवुड कॉलेज नैनीताल के बीच हुआ और बीसीएस के शलोक गोयल को बेसट स्‍पीकर चुना गया।

24 अप्रैल को प्री क्‍वार्टर फाइनल मेंनिम्‍न टीमों ने शिरकत  की ओर अपने –अपने मुकाबले जीते।
